We are delighted to announce a new partnership
We are delighted to announce a new partnership between Tigers4Ever and Tiger Chi. Tiger Chi is a new provider of digital art NFTs (Non-Fungible Tokens), established on 01 February 2022 to coincide with the Chinese Year of the Tiger. Tiger Chi produced 888 unique Tiger Chi NFTs to represent the five colors associated with wild tigers in ancient Chinese mythology. These Tiger Chi NFTs are unique pieces of digital art and each time one is sold (minted) Tiger Chi NFT will donate 10% of the sale proceeds to help Tigers4Ever’s wild tiger conservation efforts. For those of you interested in owning one of these unique Tiger Chi NFTs, please visit the Tiger Chi website at: Home – Tiger Chi. Our partnership will run initially for one year with effect from 30 April 2022.
Committed to Making a Difference
Tiger Chi is at the heart of the UK’s Chinese community, where like-minded people who care about the planet and the conservation of its species have come together to make a difference through NFT art. There is still a lot of media news about the environmental impact of cryptocurrencies and NFTs, and like many corporate bodies their carbon footprint is usually high. For this reason, Tiger Chi decided to steer away from the usual blockchain environments opting to use the carbon neutral Algorand blockchain to host the 888 Tiger Chi NFT tigers for sale. Tiger Chi has sustainability and corporate social responsibility at the heart of its operations. Tiger Chi will hold special Charity Auctions from time to time in addition to making regular monthly donations to support the conservation efforts of Tigers4Ever. Each month the Tiger Chi community will vote on the preferred Tigers4Ever project which will benefit from that particular month’s donation. The first donation of £261.45 has already been received by Tigers4Ever and we are now awaiting the outcome of the first vote.
